At Elite Perfumes and Attar, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand the process and your responsibilities.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all postal addresses across India.
To ensure the fastest and confirmed delivery, please provide the complete postal address with the correct PIN code/zip code.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in postal delays, for which Elite Perfumes and Attar will not be responsible.
2. Special Instructions
For deliveries to colleges, schools, or hostels, the shipment is placed at the customer's risk. If the package is refused or not accepted by the institution (e.g., by a warden), Elite Perfumes and Attar will not issue a refund or credit.
If you have a preferred delivery date, mention it in the gift message box while placing your order. If no date is specified, the order will be delivered at the earliest opportunity.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses (where the address and PIN code do not match). The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties or fees, not Elite Perfumes and Attar.
In case of reshipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.
If the package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Elite Perfumes and Attar will not be responsible and will not initiate any refund.
4. Shipment and Tracking Details
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier company's website details. This email will also include the expected delivery date.
Note: Elite Perfumes and Attar will only provide tracking details once the order is dispatched. After shipping, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays, as we do not control courier services. No further information can be provided beyond the tracking details.
5. Time to Dispatch
The dispatch time mentioned on our website for each item is indicative and approximate. Delays may occur due to situations beyond our control.
In normal circumstances, orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 days and delivered within 7 to 10 days after dispatch.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the PIN code of the area and weather conditions. Some PIN codes may take longer than usual.
6. Important Notes
No refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will be entertained due to delays in dispatch or delivery.
Elite Perfumes and Attar is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors.
