At Elite Perfumes and Attar, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, please review our refund and exchange policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Overview

Elite Perfumes and Attar does not offer exchanges or refunds in case of a change of mind by the customer.

Any exchange or refund will only be processed if the mistake is from our end, supported by valid proof provided by the customer.

Orders once placed cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

2. Conditions for Refund or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if the item you purchased is defective or damaged. The following conditions apply:

Proof Requirement:

  • A full unboxing video must be provided, starting from the opening of the sealed package until the end, with no cuts, filters, or edits.
  • The video must include the name, address sheet, and bill of the order.
  • The proof must be emailed to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Refund Details:

  • Only the product amount will be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the product is unavailable for exchange, the customer can either wait for the stock or request a refund (shipping charges remain non-refundable).

Exceptions:

  • No refunds or exchanges will be initiated for size-related issues.
  • No refunds or cancellations will be processed for orders still in transit.
  • No refunds or cancellations will be initiated due to delays in delivery, as we have no control over courier services.
  • No refunds or cancellations will be initiated if the order is processed as usual.

3. Exceptions to Our Policy

The following items are exempt from refunds and exchanges:

  • Discounted or sale items (all sales are final).
  • Products that have already been used by the customer.
  • Shipping costs exceeding ₹80 (shipping charges will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end, supported by proof).

4. Lost or Misplaced Packages

  • If the package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Elite Perfumes and Attar will not be responsible and will not initiate any refund.
  • If the customer rejects a prepaid order at the time of delivery, no refund will be provided.

5. Important Notes

  • If the package is returned due to the customer’s fault (wrong/incomplete address or contact details), only 50% of the amount will be refunded within 15-20 working days.
  • If the customer fails to report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the product, no refund or exchange will be initiated.

6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to the following address:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time taken for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
